We ship Disney, Universal, and surrounding-area resort orders directly to your resort. Pricing includes shipping — no extra fees at checkout.
Orders are vacuum-sealed before shipping to lock in freshness. Cookies stay fresh for [X weeks] — perfect if you can't finish them at the resort and want to bring some home.
You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please double check the guest's name, resort, and room/reservation details on the form at checkout — we ship based on exactly what's submitted, so accuracy here helps your order arrive smoothly.

Custom cookie orders are pickup-only, near Winter Garden, FL.Once you submit the custom order form, we'll follow up with a quote and confirm your pickup date/time.
Returns
Because our products are made-to-order and food-based, we're unable to accept returns.If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a way that doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out within [X days] of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.If a resort is unable to accept or hold your package (for example, if the guest hasn't checked in yet), please contact us as soon as possible so we can help sort out delivery timing.
